Antioch · Est. 2024
Small-batch breads, seasonal pastries, and thoughtfully sourced pantry essentials — crafted daily at our Antioch kitchen for neighbors who taste the difference.
Our Story
615 Nutrition began with a simple conviction: that the food on your table should nourish you — not just fill you. We bake in small batches, using time-honored fermentation and ingredients we can name by source.
Located on Antioch Pike, our kitchen serves a community that values real food. Every sourdough, every pastry, every jar on our shelf is chosen or made with the same standard we hold for our own tables.
What We Make
Seasonal rotations, classic favorites, and pantry staples — all made in-house or curated from regional producers.
Signature
24-hour fermented. Crusty exterior, open crumb, tangy depth.
Laminated by hand. Flaky, golden, made every morning.
Pantry
Local honey, small-batch preserves, and house-made granolas.
Crisp, savory, finished with rosemary and sea salt.
Buttery, pillowy — perfect for sandwiches or simply warm.
New
House-mixed blends for your morning routine or baking.
Our Process
Great bread can't be rushed. Here's what goes into everything we make.
We partner with regional farms and mills for flour, dairy, and produce that meets our standard for purity and flavor.
Every sourdough rests 24 hours or more. Slow fermentation builds flavor, texture, and digestibility naturally.
Hand-formed, never machine-pressed. Each loaf carries the baker's touch — consistent in quality, unique in character.
Loaded into deck ovens before dawn. We bake to order so you're never getting yesterday's loaf.
Words from Neighbors
The sourdough here changed how my family thinks about bread. We drive from Nashville just for this loaf — and we stop for pastries on the way back.
I love that everything is made from scratch. You can taste the care in every bite. The pantry items are a bonus — the honey is incredible.
Finally, a bakery in the area that takes food seriously. The croissants are the best I've had outside of Paris. My morning ritual now.
